  Aspin Health mix is a unique preparation from 16 years of various pulses, cereals and dried nuts, fried and powdered under hygienic conditions, it contains no preservatives or colors. However it is available in plain as well as in permitted flavored form. It is 100% natural .
     
   
Dosage:Take approximately three tablespoon (30gms) full Health Mix in a vessel. Add a little boiled hot milk to make it a paste . Add more quantity of boiled hot milk (approx. 300 ml) to the paste and stir well. Add  sugar or salt to taste and serve.
